Ripley is Residential Housing Development comprising 209 sites located in Queensland, South Western districts.

The development is to take place over 2 to 3 years and in 4 stages. The total site area is approximately 30,000 square meters.

Year 1 involves the completion of council DA requirements and pre sales of lots carryout civil works to release blocks for sale.

Years 2 and 3 will complete the above and sales of the lots.

Initial funding capital will be used to complete the purchase of raw land and carry out building of roads and site services along with council DA contributions. After the completion of this stage all sites will be ready for sale and initial investor capital returned to their accounts as sales are completed with the subsequent development being carried out from the profits of the sales of stages.

The first stage is anticipated to take 6 to 12 months to complete with the following stages to be approximately 18 to 36 months.

Profits will be passed back to members as sales are realised from sale of each block.
